This religion centred around the opulent worship of a pantheon of gracious, exalted and often aloof gods.
At the top of this pantheon was High King Adur, lord of light, god of justice, order and protection, ruler of the pantheon of the gods.
Vaellar, Is the god of Storm, War and Conflict, firstborn son of Adur. He sort to surpass his father with pure, violent power by warping radiant light into lightning. For this, he was banished.
Zuarus, brother to Adur, is the god of knowledge and revelation, his library keeps all the secrets of mens hearts.
Olios is the youngest son of Adur, and is god of bounty and abundance. Olios is said to be eternally youthful.
Brytix, eldest daughter of Adur, she is goddess of Healing, Mercy and sunlight. She was one of the most beloved gods before the Daethian republic, and still has some followers to this day.
Thidia, youngest daughter of Adur is the god of illusions, music, poety and moonlight. She is said to be rather devious, enjoying playing many pranks on her siblings.
Himtar God of craft, blacksmith god, is unrelated to Adur and his kin - but serves the gods honourably, crafting their armaments, as well as their citadel home. He was elevated to godhood by Adur and is revered by craftsmen.
Aona, goddess of sin and guilt. Her exact nature is up for interpretation and changes from person to person. To some she is Adur’s rival with the two in constant combat, to others she is his jailer of those who deserve damnation. She has never had a place of public worship.
Other deities and powers.
Druella, vengeful queen of the seas. Rarely worshipped by Adurians, but most are cautious to not invite her wrath.
Tul’ara, elder spirit of nature. The entity that connects all forests, rivers, beasts and even druids.
The Pale Rider, Death. Taker of souls, the one who leads the departed to the realm of Death.
