An elf male with brassy-gold skin and long white hair. Softly spoken and wearing an expression of disdain, Malon was stationed at The Isle of Ostrastein to teach inmates the Tenets of Vithimiris as his role as a Commissary, though he only halfheartedly played this role.
It was discovered that Malon had been performing some kind of human experimentation, though the exact nature of his study remains unknown.
After being attacked and restrained, Malon shared the secret of how to disable the anti-magic collars and agreed to help the adventurers leave Ostrastein.
The party met Malon outside who delivered the guns as promised and bid them to escape using the upcoming riot as cover, however Titus enraged at the wanton cruelty of this place and had no intention of just leaving innocent people to this fate and Titus swung at the elf, Forgeburn Kledan and Dimi had no issues with this, beginning the first combat for the group who were now free to use their own magics and the power of Gun.
