Description:
Created in the wake of the The Cult of the Dragon’s abominable great ritual, Dragonborn where initially hunted as vile Blasphemies and children of evil. Yet, as centuries passed and the great dragons themselves began to dwindle in number, so too did the fear of their heiritage. The Dragonborn were no longer viewed as a curse, but as a strange and tragic testament to an old world now gone, and they were gradually accepted as a new people.
While their population is relatively sparse, they can be found all across the world, with a higher concentration found in the city states of Kairenya.
Appearance:
- Broad and thick boned, Averaging 6 - 7 feet tall.
- Live for up to 400 years.
- Scaled, colours matching that of dragons: red, green, blue, black, etc.
- This also relates to their breath type and resistances.
- Lizard-like heads, some have crests or horns on their heads.
- Bright, colourful eyes.
Characteristics:
- They are often a stoic and pragmatic people who view their draconic features not as a curse, but as a testament to their people’s strength and survival, with no time for guilt of a bygone era.
- Half-Dragonborn are not possible.
